Overpunch v0.2 - UI fixes, new weapon

Here is a tiny update for the game.

• The UI in landscape or portrait was painfully small on phones, made it slightly better in this update.
• Added a new command which drops a mine behind the player. Mines deal a lot more damage than shots.
• Updated the graphics for both the missile and mine
• Added new icon, cursors and splash screen image :)
