I needed a safe tool to do journaling on my phone and I found GitJournal but because I spend a lot more time on my computer than my phone, I wished there was a way to get this over to windows - and this is that. If you have any thoughts, feedback or feature requests, please leave a comment.

Most of the features self explanatory, you can drag and drop "text" like files to open them and also right click on tabs to save them to your journals as  markdown files using one of the supported types (notes, todo and journal). 

Notes

If you already have git-cli configured on your computer and an empty repo setup in a folder, that is possibly the most easiest way to work with the tool. There is a repo wizard which hasn't been extensively tested.
